At CASSON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your CASSON account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
